Green Reflections Return Policy

At Green Reflections, we are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality plants and birds to bring life and beauty to your home. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned.

We offer a return policy for our products, with the following conditions:

• All returns must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• A return authorization must be obtained before returning any product. Please contact us at greenreflect@mweb.co.za to obtain this authorization.
• Living products, such as plants and birds, are highly perishable and therefore, returns must be sent back immediately. A bird without water for 24 hours or a plant left in the sun will not survive, so we cannot guarantee the condition of any living product once it has been taken by the customer.
• The product must be in the same condition as when it was received.
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
• Refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit or the original payment method.
• Refunds can take up to 10 working days
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
